How it works
The measurement stack wasn’t just a dashboard — it was a scientifically grounded system built for our asset class.

When a farm, a council or a co-operative shares in a project’s revenue, trust in the production figure is the whole relationship. Zephyra measures output at the point of generation and publishes it in a form a landowner can read on a phone — with the same signed, timestamped lineage a lender would see.
Hydro releases, rooftop arrays and single turbines are covered with hardware sized to the project, not to a utility.
Each site is instrumented once and read continuously. Revenue-share and lease formulas are mapped onto the ledger so every payment traces back to measured megawatt-hours, and a public dashboard shows the community what its project delivered this week, this season and since commissioning.
Councils and regulators get read-only access to the same record, which shortens consent renewals and settles rate questions without a hearing.
Payments nobody disputes. A public record that keeps a community on side for the life of the asset. And a compliance history that turns a century-old plant, or a brand-new rooftop, into an auditable asset.
Capabilities
01
Instrumentation scaled to a single turbine, a rooftop or a hydro gate, not to a utility fleet.
02
Lease and co-operative formulas run directly on measured output, so every payment is traceable.
03
A plain-language view of what the project delivered, open to the community without a login.
04
Signed production history for councils and regulators, ready for renewals and rate reviews.
